ﯜ ﯝ ﯞ ﯟ ﯠ ﯡ ﯢ ﯣ ﯤ ﯥ ﯦ ﯧ ﯨ ﯩ ﯪ ﯫ ﯬ ﯭ ﯮ ﯯ ﯰ ﯱ ﯲ ﯳ ﯴ ﯵ ﯶ ﯷ ﯸ ﯹ ﯺ

Overall meaning : Allah, Glorified and Exalted be He, forbids the believers from taking the unbelievers for allies, loving them and supporting them, instead of the people of faith, and warns that those who do so have no connection whatsoever with Him and that He has nothing to do with them. However, He excludes from this rule those Muslims who fear the they might be harmed by unbelievers if they express their support for them. In this case, they may try to protect themselves by pretending to support them but only verbally, while they inwardly feel hatred towards them for their unbelief. Allah then warns the believers to beware of Him and to avoid such deeds that incur His wrath as brazenly committing sins against Him and openly supporting His enemies, reminding them that all people will be returned to Him and He will judge and repay them according to their actions.
