Overall meaning : Allah, Glorified and Exalted be He, instructs His Messenger, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, to glorify Him and entrust all his affairs and concerns to Him, and to pray to Him: O Allah, You are the sovereign and possessor of all sovereignty. To You belong all things in this life and the hereafter. You govern all kingdoms and their affairs. You grant power and sovereignty to whomever of Your servants You will and take it away from whomever You will. You exalt whomever You will and abase whomever You will. In Your hands is all good, which no one shares with You, and You have power over all things. Nothing can resist Your will, nor can anything prevent the execution of Your purpose. You cause the night to pass into the day, and You cause the day to pass into the night. You bring forth the living from the dead, and You bring forth the dead from the living and You grant abundant sustenance to whomever You will without measure.
