Overall meaning : Allah, Exalted be He, says: These idolaters swear by Allah their most solemn oaths that He will not resurrect the dead after they are completely reduced to dust. Allah then emphatically asserts that He will certainly resurrect them. This is a true promise by which He has bound Himself, but many people do not know this due to their ignorance of His absolute power.
He will indeed fulfil that promise and bring all mankind back to life to make clear to them the truth about which they differed in the worldly life, including resurrection, to judge among them and repay each of them according to his deeds, and let the unbelievers who deny the resurrection know that they are wrong and that they were lying when they swore that there would be no resurrection. Indeed, raising the dead is easy for Allah, for whenever He wills anything to be, He only says to it, ‘Be,’ and it is.
