Overall meaning : Almighty Allah says: Those who, according to Our foreknowledge, are among the dwellers of Paradise will be kept far away from the Fire. They will neither enter it, nor be even near it. They will not hear the sound of its flames and the burning of bodies in it. They will be settling in their homes in Paradise, eternally enjoying its pleasures and bliss that their hearts desire. They will not be frightened by the Greatest Terror on Judgement Day, and the angels will receive them with the good news: ‘This is the day you have been promised divine honour and rich reward.’ On that day We will roll up the heavens as one rolls up a written scroll. Just as We were able to create people the first time, so will We bring them back to life in the manner they were brought forth from their mothers’ wombs. This is a promise We have made and is binding upon Us. We always keep Our promises.
We had written in the revealed books, after having written in the Preserved Tablet (the Book of Allah’s Decrees), that My righteous servants will inherit the earth.
