Overall meaning : Allah Almighty says: We gave Moses and Aaron the standard by which to distinguish the truth and falsehood, as well as the Torah, that illuminated the path of truth and enlightened those who followed it about the rulings of their religion, and as a reminder and admonition for the pious who do what Allah commands and avoid what He forbids—those who fear their Lord and stand in awe of Him even though they have not seen Him and dread the Day of Judgement and its terrors. And this Qur’an, which We have sent down to Muhammad, is a blessed reminder for those who obey Allah’s commands and benefit and take heed of His admonitions in it. Will you, then, reject it even though it is of extraordinary clarity?!
