Overall meaning : Allah, Exalted be He, says: It is Allah who sends forth the winds by His power, which raise the clouds. Then He drives them to some dead and barren land, and thereby gives life to the earth after it has been lifeless and causes plants to grow in it. Thus will Allah bring the dead back to life.
Whoever desires honour must seek it from Allah alone, for all honour belongs to Allah alone. To Him alone do good words ascend; and He exalts and accepts people’s good deeds. But those who do evil deeds will be severely punished. Their evil deeds and schemes will come to nothing and will not benefit them at all in this world and the next.
It is Allah who created your father, Adam, from dust, then created you from a drop of sperm, and then made you into males and females. No female conceives or gives birth without His knowledge. No one grows old or has his life cut short but is all recorded in the Preserved Tablet. This is easy enough for Allah.
