Overall meaning : The Almighty says: Those whom Allah guides to the truth are truly guided. But as for those He forsakes and leaves to go astray, you, Muhammad, will find no helpers for them besides Allah to help them and guide them to the truth. We will gather them all on the Day of Judgement, when they rise from their graves, and make them walk on their faces, blind, dumb, and deaf. Hell will be their home. Every time the fire abates in their bodies, We will increase for them its blazing flame.
Such will be their punishment for disbelieving Our signs and proofs and denying life after death by saying, ‘What! After we are but bones and dust, will we then be brought back to life again?!’ Do these idolaters not perceive that Allah, who has created the heavens and the earth that are far greater than they are, has the power to create them anew in their own likeness after their bodies have disintegrated into dust? He has already set for their death and resurrection an appointed term, about which there is no doubt; however, the unbelievers persist in denying resurrection!
Say to them, Muhammad, ‘If you were to own the infinite treasures of provision that Allah has, you would definitely withhold them for fear they would run out and you become poor. Man has a natural disposition to miserliness!
